Grand Slams are denoted by a 5-sided star above the winning team name, while teams winning the Tournament with a Triple Crown are denoted with a 3-sided star.

A Grand Slam is achieved by beating all other teams. A triple Crown can be won by any of the 4 Home Nations by defeating the other 3.
